SHIPPING POLICY
delivery times:

Order Tracking:
After making the purchase, you can track the status of the order at any time following the product you will receive. All products sold on site are sold and shipped with tracking number and product insurance.

Orders are processed and shipped out in 2 - 3 business days. Delivery takes approximately 9 - 24 business days to USA , Canada, and Hungary, Australia, Austria, Denmark , Bulgaria. and 9 - 28 business days to worldwide.

packages sent to the wrong address-please take great care when entering your shipping address. If the wrong address is provided, the customer is responsible to return the order for store credit or place a new order. The original order cannot be credited unless it is returned to Salt and Lace Intimates.
orders marked as delivered-if your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office or DHL courier directly to investigate the issue and file a claim with them. We cannot be held accountable for orders that confirm the order has been delivered to your address.
orders held by customs and customs fees-please understand, any customs delays are 100% beyond the control of Salt and Lace Intimates. Please kindly wait for the package to be accepted by your customs department. Any customs fees applied are the customer's responsibility.
shipping delays-we are NOT responsible if the order is not delivered by the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 9-14 days to process the shipment and we cannot be held liable for USPS or DHL guarantees. We will NOT refund shipping fees if USPS or DHL fail to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
